Energy Conservation Reverse Osmosis Membrane Element

Introduction

Jozzon Energy Conservation (JEC) series adopt new membrane process, with membrane
surface layer having hydrophilic modification. On the premise of not changing the desalting
ability , permeable ability is greatly increased under low pressure operation, water flux of unit
membrane area the same with the other high pressure running products of the company.
the automatic coiling technology highly improved the effective membrane area of membrane
element and further improved the water flux, this series of products by increasing the membrane
area and changing the way of the combination of membrane hydrophilic to increase the water
flux of membrane element, and keep the water flux a balance, rather than a destructive limit to
increase water flux of membrane, and therefore, the series of membrane element can keep the
low rate of fouling, so as to maintain high yield for a long time, slow attenuation. That makes a
series of EC membrane element with a low energy consumption, high yield and water flux
stability, membrane element characteristics of long service life, less available of membrane
element number to meet the water flux requirement , reduce the investment.

Important Information (Applied to all series and models of membrane elements of Jozzon Membrane Technology Co., LTD)
1.      We strongly recommend you to refer to the latest edition of technology manual and design guide prepared by jozzon, or consult experts proficient in membrane technology. In case the customer fails to follow the operating conditions as specified in this manual, J Shandong Jozzon Membrane Technology Co., Ltd will assume no liability for all results.
2.      The permeate flow listed in the table is the average value. The permeate flow of single membrane element is within a tolerance not exceeding ±15% of the nominal value.
3.      The element should be in wet condition to avoid performance worse as soon as it wet.
4.      Keep the membrane in 1.5wt% sodium hydrogen sulfite (foodstuff-purpose) in order to prevent the breeding of microbes when long-time system shut-down.
5.      Discard the RO-filtered water produced during the first one hour after system start-up.
6.      During storage time and run time, it is strictly prohibited to dose any chemical medicament that may be harmful to membrane elements. In case of any violation in using this kind of chemical medicament, Shandong Jozzon Membrane Technology Co., Ltd assumes no liability for any outcome incurred wherefrom.
